Global Capital acquires an equity interest in Process Pipe Company (Pty) Ltd

Process Pipe was established in 1969 by Selwyn Tucker and traded as Process Agencies. In 1975 the company changed its name to Process Pipe Company (Pty) Limited.

With its small beginnings the company expanded dramatically and in 1973 it opened its own pipe flange manufacturing company for both plate and forged flanges in carbon steel and stainless steel. With the ever increasing demand for the company's products and services, branches were opened in the Cape during February 1976 and in Kwa-Zulu Natal during 1978.

Today Process Pipe is one of the leading stockists of carbon steel and stainless steel pipes, fittings and flanges to International and South African standards and are fabricators of special carbon steel piping systems, catering for the Mining, Chemical, Petrochemical, Nuclear and allied industries. With their new and modern mechanical handling equipment they are able to timeously expedite orders anywhere in South Africa.

Process has expertise in all aspects of the pipe field. The sales personnel are all knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful, with many years of experience in the industry. Substantial investments have been made in stocking the correct materials for various applications.
